In order to use the Bayer Garden Image Library, you must agree to the Agreement below:

Image Use Agreement

As a valued Bayer Garden customer you can download images from the Bayer Garden image library free of charge. The following agreement has been made to avoid any confusion and to protect the interests of Bayer Garden. In order to download any image from the library you must agree to the following.

These images must not be used to draw criticism to any products or services featured.

  1. I certify that all images downloaded from the Bayer Garden image library will only be used in whole, without alteration or modification.
  2. I certify that the images will only be used in the positive promotion of the products.
  3. I agree that Bayer Garden retains the ownership of the images and any Bayer Garden intellectual property as defined in the trademark licence agreement. I agree that the right to use the images is not transferable.
  4. I agree that Bayer Garden shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the images.
  5. I agree to provide examples of promotional materials that use these images to Bayer Garden for monitoring purposes and as examples of best practice.
  6. I agree that the images will not be passed onto any third party without the prior written consent of Bayer Garden.
  7. I understand that I will be liable for any claim that arises out of misuse of the images by us, or by any third party to whom I have passed the images without the prior written consent of Bayer Garden. I accept liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of an image or images unless such image or images were fraudulently or negligently assembled by Bayer Garden.
