FAQs
How do I use the the tablets in pots and containers?
Follow instructions on quantity and pop into the compost pushing down 2cm between the plant stem and pot rim.
Where can I use them?
They can be used in all container grown plants whether in the house, greenhouse or outside.
How do they work?
The tablet ingredients are formed to a certain hardness so that they physically break down over one month.
I use Slow Release Plant Food Tablets for my all my houseplants but I would like to know if I should be feeding my herbs and if these will be okay to use?
All plants grown in containers need feeding because the soil soon becomes exhausted when plants are growing. As a general rule you should start feeding 6 weeks after repotting into fresh compost. This goes for herbs too, especially when picking from them regularly. Phostrogen Slow Release Tablets are a good choice because they provide a balanced feed continuously for a month at a time which means that they are time efficient too.
